Civil, Mechanical and Precommissioning Works for the installation of a new water treatment system, to increase the demineralization capacity at the refinery, within the overhaul rehab project. The scope includes earthmovement, concrete, steel structures, process equipment installation, pre fabrication and erection of pipes, valves and fittings.
